The Room Two Children have done a fantastic job with the Gingerbread Man Unit.

Tyler explained,"We had dough and then we had to put the rolling pin on it to roll it down.We had to put shapes on the dough. Ms Dawkins forgot to put sugar into the plain dough. Opps!!!

Lily added,"We had to make a gingerbread man out of the mixture."

Johanna said, "To make the icing we had a wee bit of water and butter to put into the icing powder. Then we put the icing on our gingerbread man. We got some sprinkles and put them on the icing. We had lolly snakes and pebbles too.

Will explained the next step,"We put cardboard in a cellophane bag, then we slid in our gingerbread man. We twisted the bag and tied a ribbon around it."

Shaelyn finished by saying," We designed some labels for our gingerbread man to say who it is for."
