At the beginning of every year we have Aquatics for at least a four week block. We go swimming every day. The children discussed what they liked the most about being in the pool. The emphasis for swimming during the week had been on submerging and catching the rings. Here is what they wanted to share.
Harvey said," It's great diving under the water.
Liam said,"I like floating on flutter boards to the other side."
Elise said,"I like catching the dive rings."
Grace said,"I like floating on my back because the water feels warm."
Aidan said,"I like floating. It feels great."
Charlotte said,"I like getting the dive rings."
Finlay said,"I like getting under the water to get the dive rings, because it feels so good and warm."
Cam said," I like getting the dive rings because they don't float."
Joshua said, "I like floating with the flutter board."
