Chocolate Cupcakes

The "Letter of The Week" was "C" so of course we had to make Chocolate Cupcakes.
This is the story we wrote after we had eaten our cupcakes.

Chocolate Cupcakes by room Two.

We went into the Staff Room. We wrote the recipe on the whiteboard. It said:

To make Chocolate Cupcakes;
One packet of cake mix.
125 mls of water.
125 mls of oil.
Two eggs.

 First we put the oil into the bowl.

Then we put the water into the bowl.

Then we put in two eggs.
The eggs were squishy.
The oil looked like gold bubbles.
Tabitha stirred the mixture.

We tipped in the cake mix.
"The chocolate looked like hot chocolate," said Ke'ala.

Ms Dawkins Chose a dairy free cake mix for Bella.
"It was gooey and sticky," said Bella.

"We scooped the mixture out and put it into the cupcakes," said Jonah.
It was messy.
"We licked our fingers," said Maggie. "Delicious!"

We put them into the oven to cook.

After they had cooled we put on the icing. They were delicious. They were all chocolate. Hue gave one to Mr Chalmers, and Maggie gave one to Denise. Denise said, "Wow! Room Two these are very yummy!"
